About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Tableau Developer with strong expertise in SQL and data modeling to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data to uncover trends, create compelling dashboards, and support strategic decision-making — all within a stable early day-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform data from multiple sources
• Build scalable and well-structured data models to support reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional reports
• Conduct data analysis and identify insights to support key business strategies
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all analytics outputs
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE, BTech, MCA, or MSc
• Hands-on experience with Tableau software and a strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:

• Experience in performance tuning Tableau dashboards
• Knowledge of other BI tools or scripting languages is a plus
