Key Responsibilities:

Role Objective: To supervise and coordinate all field survey activities, including DGPS surveys, Total Station surveys, drone mapping operations, and field team management.
  • Prepare detailed survey plans for projects.

  • . Establish survey control networks and GCP points.
  • Deploy field teams and allocate equipment.
  • Manage field technicians and survey assistants.
  • Supervise prism setup, marker installation, and data collection.
  • Monitor DGPS RTK operations and drone data acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations during drone operations.
  • Manage site logistics, including transportation and accommodation.
  • Maintain safety standards at field sites.

  • Qualifications:

    ∙Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, GIS, or a related field

    ∙ 5–10 Years in Field Survey / Drone Operations

    ∙ Strong customer relationship management skills.

    ∙ Certification: DGCA Certified Remote Pilot (Preferable)

    ∙ Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Zero safety incidents.
