Job Description: Role: Survey Manager / Field Coordinator (Only Immediate Joiners Should Apply) No of positions: 2 Location: Noida, Sector 132 (On-site) Work Schedule: Six days a week About Futuresafe: Futuresafe Technologies Pvt. Market Insight: The geospatial industry is rapidly growing with increasing demand across infrastructure, urban planning, utilities, and government sectors. With advancements in drone technology, GIS platforms, and digital mapping, there is a strong market need for accurate, efficient, and scalable geospatial solutions. Platforms such as GeM, Railways, PWD, and Power Grid are key contributors to demand in this space. Key Responsibilities: Role Objective: To supervise and coordinate all field survey activities, including DGPS surveys, Total Station surveys, drone mapping operations, and field team management. • Prepare detailed survey plans for projects. . Establish survey control networks and GCP points. • Deploy field teams and allocate equipment. • Manage field technicians and survey assistants. • Supervise prism setup, marker installation, and data collection. • Monitor DGPS RTK operations and drone data acquisition. • Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations during drone operations. • Manage site logistics, including transportation and accommodation. • Maintain safety standards at field sites. Qualifications: ∙Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, GIS, or a related field ∙ 5–10 Years in Field Survey / Drone Operations ∙ Strong customer relationship management skills. ∙ Certification: DGCA Certified Remote Pilot (Preferable) ∙ Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Key Performance Indicators: • Accurate survey control points with minimal error. • Field data completeness. • Zero safety incidents. • Field productivity targets achieved.
