Supply Planning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Consultant to join our team at o9 Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand & Distribution Planning, and o9 Supply Chain Solver. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand patterns, identify trends, and develop forecasts.
• Configure and optimize o9 Supply Chain Solver to drive business outcomes and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Design and implement optimization models using R, SAS, or CPLEX to solve complex supply chain problems.
• Develop and maintain SQL/MySQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
• Configure and optimize ERP systems to support supply chain planning and execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and analytics models to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand & distribution planning, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of o9 Supply Chain Solver, R, SAS, CPLEX, SQL/MySQL, and ERP configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to develop and maintain forecasting and analytics models.
