Role Overview:
As a Supply Chain Performance Analyst at Caterpillar Inc., you will play a crucial role in achieving corporate supply chain performance targets by focusing on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns, and improved order-to-delivery results. Your work will involve leading facility efforts to develop and implement the Plan for Every Part, Pull material Replenishment, and improved throughput efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets, including inventory reduction, increased inventory turns, and improved order-to-delivery results.
- Deploy the Supply Chain Planning Process by developing the Plan for Every Part and Pull Replenishment methods for the facility.
- Work effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams to apply the supply chain planning process and lead efforts to develop lean material flow plans, which may involve implementing changes to factory floor layout and material presentation.
- Gather and analyze data on facility demand and demand variability, as well as supplier shipping performance and variability, to develop material flow plans for production.
- Create and maintain a site level Flow Map for parts used in production.
- Enable and coach facility employees to utilize PFEP templates and provide reports and information on PFEP.
- Implement improvements required to attain MQ Certification for a Value Stream and reduce/eliminate supply chain constraints.
- Lead Supply Chain Planning Analysts in documenting data into the Plan for Every Part web tool.
- Perform physical, tactical work to deploy lean systems with minimal disruption to daily requirements.

Qualifications Required:
- Experience and knowledge of complex lean concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of CPS supply chain principles, pull replenishment, material replenishment tools, Supply Chain Planning analytical tools, and material flow efficiency.
- Strong understanding of common supply chain systems and experience with 6Sigma Project Management principles.
- Leadership skills to lead supply chain improvements, collaborate effectively, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to design and deploy lean systems effectively in a productive environment.
- Qualification as a CPS Support Team Leader and CPS Functional Job Role Qualified.
- APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired.
