studio stylist – internship | bangalore

mindframes is a design-first content studio working with over 200 d2c brands across india, the us, and beyond. we shoot high-conversion content—photos, videos, and campaign visuals—that help brands stand out and scale fast. our studio in bangalore is fully equipped, and our crew includes some of the most driven creatives in the game.

we’re looking for a stylist with a sharp visual sense, robust execution skills, and an eye for detail across fashion and product styling. if you know how to build clean, brand-relevant looks and are excited to work across fast-paced shoots, this role is for you.

what you’ll do

fashion styling

- assist in styling fashion and model shoots for ecommerce, campaign, and social
- build fresh, on-trend looks that enhance the garment without overpowering the frame
- work closely with models and photographers to ensure clean, confident visuals

product styling

- style props and products across categories—beauty, home, food, fashion, and more
- ensure every frame is visually balanced and aligned with the brand’s language
- contribute styling ideas that improve storytelling and conversion

creative prep & planning

- create moodboards and styling references for internal and client use
- work with the creative team to align on direction, color palette, and aesthetics
- assist in sourcing garments, accessories, and props if needed

on-set collaboration

- co-ordinate with photographers, models, and art direction team during live shoots
- adjust and refine styling on the spot based on feedback and camera output
- maintain clarity, pace, and aesthetic consistency across the shoot day

what you bring

- currently pursuing or recently graduated in fashion communication, design, visual communication or related fields
- solid sense of current trends, styling techniques, and visual composition
- ability to create and present mood-boards and styling direction
- openness to feedback, experimentation, and working across diverse categories
- familiarity with photography language and basic editing is a plus
