About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Study Visa Counselor with a strong track record of successful visa approvals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling student visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany . • This role requires someone who can manage the complete student journey — from counseling to visa approval — end to end . Key Responsibilities • Provide expert counseling to students for study abroad opportunities • Guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and countries • Handle complete visa process including documentation, SOP, and application filing • Assist students with visa interview preparation • Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications • Maintain regular follow-up with students throughout the process • Stay updated with visa rules, embassy requirements, and immigration policies Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of experience in study visa processing • Proven track record of successful visa approvals • Experience with countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Germany • Strong communication and counseling skills • Ability to handle end-to-end student process independently • Knowledge of documentation, SOP writing, and visa filing Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in study abroad consultancy • Good English communication (spoken & written) • Ability to convert student inquiries into successful applications • Detail-oriented and process-driven Job Details • Location: Remote • Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time • Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives Important Note Only candidates with relevant visa experience and proven success record should apply.
