🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and reach out to potential students through calls, emails, and social media platforms

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to receive qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective students across international markets

  • Consultative Sales

  • Understand the educational needs and career goals of prospective students

  • Provide detailed guidance about courses, programmes, and career outcomes

  • Recommend the most suitable programmes based on individual requirements

  • Sales Closure

  • Handle objections and queries effectively to ensure smooth enrolment conversions

  • Guide prospective students through the application, documentation, and payment process

  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and education agents

  • Maintain post-enrolment communication to improve student satisfaction and retention

  • Market Insights

  • Stay updated on global education trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings

  • Share insights with management to support strategic planning and growth

  • Reporting & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrolments in CRM systems

  • 💼 Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups

  • Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms
