Job Description

Kanakia International School, CBSE Chembur, is seeking a passionate and innovative STREAM / Robotics Teacher to inspire students from Grade 1 to 10. The teacher will be responsible for introducing students to Robotics, Coding, and STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) concepts through hands-on learning, projects, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging STREAM and Robotics lessons for students from Grade 1 to 10.
• Teach basic coding, robotics concepts, and STEM-based problem-solving skills.
• Conduct practical sessions using robotics kits, sensors, and simple programming tools.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and innovation through project-based learning.
• Organize robotics competitions, exhibitions, and STREAM-related activities in school.
• Integrate technology and interdisciplinary learning into classroom teaching.
• Guide students in building models, prototypes, and robotics projects.
• Maintain robotics lab equipment and ensure safe use of tools and devices.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate STREAM learning across subjects.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Electronics, or related field.
• Certification or training in Robotics / STEM / Coding will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or training experience in Robotics / STEM.
• Knowledge of coding platforms such as Scratch, Arduino, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and innovation in education.
