You will be responsible for the execution of assurance strategy, initiatives, and operational effectiveness as the Assurance Strategy Execution Manager at RSM. You will work closely with leaders to understand strategic goals, facilitate strategic planning processes, and document strategies and success factors. Additionally, you will align the organization to support the strategy, communicate progress to leadership, and monitor and adjust the strategy as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Set the strategy and work with leaders to understand and document strategic goals
- Align the organization to support the strategy and facilitate necessary changes
- Communicate strategy and progress to leadership and the organization
- Monitor and adjust the strategy through organizing and leading strategy review meetings
- Ensure execution of strategic initiatives by setting achievable milestones and incorporating change management principles

You will also be involved in operational optimization related to the practice, including accountability, process improvement, financial reporting, communications, and growth reporting. Your role will involve acting as a leader on the assurance strategy execution team, actively participating in national assurance strategic priorities, and collaborating with enterprise functions. You will also lead special projects as requested by Assurance Leaders and the Strategy Execution Leader.

Qualifications Required:
- Indian Bachelor's degree (required)
- Demonstrated strategic thinking
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
- Well-versed in technology and strategy development

Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a relevant field
