Job Purpose The Strategy & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that support the organization’s expansion in the healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on collaborations with hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporates, insurance partners, technology providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities including service expansion, partnerships, and new market entry.
  • Partnership Development
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, insurers, and technology partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage relationship governance.
  • Develop referral networks and collaborative healthcare programs.
  • Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and partnership models.
  • Explore new channels such as corporate health programs, diagnostics alliances, and telehealth partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement partnership initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track partnership performance, revenue contribution, and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership on strategic initiatives and partnership outcomes.

  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare networks, insurance companies, or health tech platforms.
