Marketing & Strategy Head Experience: 7 Years We are looking for a strategic and creative Content & Marketing Strategy Manager who can work closely with the leadership team to drive brand growth, strengthen digital presence, and contribute to key marketing decisions. This role goes beyond content execution - the ideal candidate will guide management on marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital presence, and growth planning. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a multi-channel content & digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals • Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with management to plan brand strategy and recommend growth-focused marketing initiatives • Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all platforms • Decision Support: Provide insights based on market research, competitor analysis, and performance data to support marketing decisions • Content Production: Oversee creation of high-quality long-form & short-form content across Website, Social Media, Blogs, and Email • SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research and monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and lead conversions • Workflow Development: Build scalable content systems, SOPs, and processes to streamline production • Vendor/Freelancer Coordination: Manage designers, editors, and content creators within allocated budgets Qualifications: • 7 years of experience in Content Marketing / Digital Marketing / Brand Strategy • Proven ability to contribute to business growth through marketing initiatives • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress/Webflow), GA4, SEO Tools • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Strategy & Brand Building • Ability to guide leadership in marketing-related decision-making • Entrepreneurial mindset with a system-building approach Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Experience: • Marketing & Strategy: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
