As an OpEx Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, coordinating projects, and maintaining service quality standards across regional accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, facilitating process reviews, owning the OpEx framework, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and enhancing communication between the OpEx function and account leadership.
  • *Role Overview:**
  • You will work closely with the EMEA Operational Excellence leadership team to implement large-scale changes and ensure all initiatives are data-backed and compliant with standards. Your main objectives will be to drive OpEx initiatives, maintain governance standards, lead compliance efforts, and improve strategic communication.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Collaborate with Directors to conduct process reviews and Kaizen events, identify operational waste, draft SOPs, and standardize documentation across regions.
    - Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and facilitate project workshops to resolve bottlenecks.
    - Administer compliance controls, coordinate audits, and analyze performance data to calculate project ROI.
    - Manage the OpEx work intake process, coordinate tool rollouts, and draft internal communications.
    - Ensure timely delivery of improvement projects, high audit pass rates, and seamless transitions of processes into standard operations.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelors degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.
    - Knowledge of Lean, Agile & Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
    - Project management/delivery experience preferred.
    - International experience in a staffing/recruitment organization (MSP / RPO) preferred.
    - Advanced proficiency in GSuite/Microsoft Office and practical use of AI tools (Gemini) for workflow optimization.

    You will have autonomy in managing daily priorities and project tracking, making technical recommendations, and resolving routine administrative issues. Your success will be measured by the timely completion of project documentation, maintaining audit success, delivering internal communications accurately and on schedule, and implementing workflow automations using AI tools. You will interact with EMEA Directors, Global OpEx leads, and client-side stakeholders to ensure project alignment and high adoption rates.
