About the Role

Emirates Worldwide Group is building a multi-sector multi-country platform spanning smart cities, destination real estate, hospitality, assisted living, infrastructure, and innovation-led technology ventures, with a long-term vision to scale $1B+ across verticals.

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Modeler with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Investment Banking (IB) background who can build cross-sector financial models, structure equity + profit participation, manage celebrity & strategic partner carry structures, and support GCC & institutional capital strategy.

This is a mission-critical role supporting:

• Platform valuation
• Cross-vertical capital deployment
• Buyback & exit modeling
• Celebrity & strategic equity participation
• Multi-SPV structuring

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Sector Financial Modeling (Core)

• Build IRR, NPV, DCF, Payback & Sensitivity models across:
• Real estate & townships
• Hospitality & resorts
• Assisted living & healthcare
• Smart city infrastructure
• Technology & platform ventures
• Develop:
• Project-level models
• SPV-level models
• Group-level & platform-level models
• Create:
• CapEx / OpEx forecasts
• Phase-wise cashflow cycles
• Funding gap & breakeven analysis

2. Equity, Waterfall & Profit Carry Structures

• Design waterfall structures with:
• Preferred equity
• Hurdle rates
• Carried interest
• Structure:
• Celebrity profit participation
• Strategic partner carry
• Performance-linked payouts
• Build:
• Buyback & exit valuation models
• Share swap & dilution models

3. Capital Strategy & Institutional Alignment

• Support fundraising from:
• Family offices
• GCC investors
• Strategic partners
• PE & institutional capital
• Prepare:
• Platform valuation models
• Investor return scenarios
• Exit & liquidity pathways

4. Power BI, Dashboards & Data Intelligence

• Build Power BI / Tableau dashboards for:
• Live IRR tracking
• Cashflow waterfalls
• Sales velocity & segment-wise performance
• Fund deployment visibility
• Integrate data from:
• Sales
• Operations
• Engineering
• Strategy
• Provide real-time analytics for leadership & investors

5. Celebrity, Strategic Partner & Board Support

• Prepare:
• Celebrity partnership financial structures
• Strategic partner term economics
• Governance & exit math
• Support:
• Board presentations
• Advisory & GCC investor discussions
• Cross-border SPV financial logic

Required Qualifications & Skillset

Education

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

OR

• MBA Finance (Tier-1)

OR

• Investment Banking / Private Equity / Fund background

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
