As the Strategic Customer Development Effectiveness Manager at USP, you will be responsible for driving performance improvements across the sales organization. Your key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, tools, and processes to enhance sales productivity.
- Optimizing territories definition and performance, incentives, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with RPO leadership, SCD Leads, and other Global functions to support planning and coordinating ad-hoc performance analysis and dashboards.
- Performing internal end-users and salesforce data analysis.
- Identifying sales opportunities and gaps, and presenting actionable insights to the SCD Leads and leadership.
- Optimizing sales processes and workflows.
- Managing CRM and Sales Tools to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with SCD, Marketing, IT, and Strategy teams.
- Territory and call planning, covering frequency and visit cadences.
- Leading sales training and onboarding programs in collaboration with SCD leadership.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and recommending adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning cycles.
- Monitoring campaigns and leads for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Effectiveness roles, in Life Science Segment.
- Proven track record in process improvement and data-driven sales strategy.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a growth-oriented and dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with change management and sales training design.
- Experience in a B2B SME or scale-up environment.
