Role Brief

This role requires strong business development skills, relationship-building abilities, and a solid understanding of digital and influencer marketing. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building brand partnerships, and converting leads into long-term business. We’ve been doing great work and growing fast - and we’re expanding our team, including awesome folks to grow our Brand Solutions footprint.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop sales outreach plans and represent the company at industry events
- Create proposals, presentations, and share project estimates with clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

What Comes in Handy

- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships/business development at a digital or influencer marketing agency
- Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
- Strategic thinker with good analytical skills
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and pitching skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Adaptable and comfortable in a rapid-moving industry
