As a Key Account Manager for Ecommerce accounts at our company, you will be responsible for managing key accounts such as Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, and Flipkart. Your main tasks will include executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), developing and executing Joint Business Plans, and increasing the market share of our brand with customers. You will also be in charge of achieving planned sales by channel and customer, as well as leading assortment planning, new product listings, and region expansion efforts.

Your role will involve working closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns on Ecommerce platforms, managing promotional costs effectively, and monitoring the performance of each customer to take corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, you will provide trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company, and ensure 100% fill rates to key accounts by managing stocks and coordinating with internal teams for accurate forecasting.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in handling Ecommerce accounts at a national level, possess solid knowledge of channels, distribution partners, geographies, and the food industry, and demonstrate strong planning, execution, relationship management, negotiation, and cost-effective management skills.
