We are looking for an experienced OpenText Specialist (STP – Invoicing) to support and optimize our invoicing ecosystem across OpenText VIM, xECM, and Archive solutions.

You will serve as the OpenText SME, ensuring efficient, compliant, and automated invoice processing integrated seamlessly with SAP and Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and maintain OpenText VIM, xECM, Archive Center, and Document Presentment
• Manage system changes, enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and end‑to‑end support
• Enable, configure, and test OCR and automation tools for invoice capture, classification, validation, and processing
• Integrate and support automation frameworks like UiPath, Kofax, or SAP Intelligent Automation
• Collaborate with SAP MM/FI/SD and Ariba teams for end‑to‑end invoicing integration
• Support interfaces and document archiving connectivity with SAP
• Configure workflows for invoice approval, exception handling, and archiving
• Ensure compliance with organizational, audit, and statutory requirements
• Support UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with OpenText (VIM, xECM preferred)
• Strong background in:
• Document archiving
• Workflow configuration
• OCR integration & invoice capture technologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
