We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations in a manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, stock verification, documentation, and coordination with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management**Maintain proper records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Conduct regular physical stock verification and FIFO / FEFO practices.*Material Handling & Issuance**Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and storage of materials to production as per approved requisition.Coordinate with the purchase department for inward GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.*Documentation & System Entry**Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward inventory records in ERP / SAP / Tally systems.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.Maintain bin cards and stock registers.*Coordination**Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments.Support audits (Internal & External).Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance in the store area.*Required Skills & Competencies:**Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.Experience in manufacturing industry (mandatory).Familiarity with ERP / SAP / Tally.Understanding of FIFO, stock reconciliation, and material coding.Basic knowledge of MS Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.*Educational Qualification:**Graduate in Commerce / Science / Supply Chain / Any relevant field.Diploma in Material Management (Preferred).*Preferred Experience:**2–6 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse operations in a manufacturing setup.Experience in handling raw materials and engineering spares preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
