Job Summary:

The Store Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their mobile/product requirements
• Demonstrate smartphones and accessories (e.g., iPhone, Samsung Galaxy series)
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Upsell accessories (chargers, earphones, cases) and extended warranties
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Stay updated on latest mobile trends and launches
• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior retail or mobile sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and gadgets
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
