Qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Stores/Inventory/Planning

  • Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Store Planning & Inventory Assistant to manage daily store operations, inventory accuracy, and replenishment planning. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between procurement, sales, and operations to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, and ensure efficient inventory turnover.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee daily inward/outward movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, or Retail SKU).
  • Planning & Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and stock levels to create, maintain, and execute replenishment plans (Min/Max inventory).
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, including receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Data Accuracy & Reconciliation: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to identify variances and maintain 100% stock accuracy. Daily reconciliation of received goods with Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports on inventory status, fast/slow-moving items, and stock aging.
  • System Usage: Maintain inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory) or advanced Excel.

  • Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Core Competencies: Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, FIFO/FEFO concepts, and stock auditing techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho).
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze data to project future stock requirements and optimize space.
  • Communication: Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to recording data and identifying inventory discrepancies

    Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
