Hiring: Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager who can oversee store operations while also driving marketing and sales initiatives for our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have strong management skills, retail experience, and knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
• Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including digital marketing and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with team members and ensure tasks are executed efficiently
• Maintain records of sales, inventory updates, and operational reports
• Monitor store performance and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure proper merchandising, store presentation, and customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store footfall and customer engagement

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing / Retail / Business Management preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail, store management, or marketing
• Robust understanding of sales strategies and retail operations
• Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional activities
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage teams and drive business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
