Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations and daily activities
• Greet and assist customers and handle enquiries
• Supervise staff and coordinate with the team
• Maintain client records and manage appointments and orders
• Handle calls and enquiries
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchasing of materials
• Identify trending products and materials in the industry
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing and in-house teams

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused and responsible attitude
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Previous retail / showroom experience preferred
