Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management:
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operations.
- Manage product inventory, storage, handling, and replenishment.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor product quality through inspections and expiry date checks.

- Customer Engagement & Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Promote health-conscious, premium products to enhance brand image.

- Team Leadership & Staff Development:
- Lead, train, and supervise the store team for high performance.
- Schedule shifts effectively to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Conduct regular training programs to maintain service and product knowledge standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Sales & Inventory Management:
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and conduct stock audits.

Qualifications Required:

- Familiarity with retail management systems and inventory control software.
