Profile -Store In charge Textile Stock Management -ParvatPatiya Surat Experience -2-4yrs Salary - Upto20k-30k Job Overview Owns end-to-end warehouse store activities for textile stock receiving storage issue and dispatch and ensures accurate stock records and coordination with accounts for valuation and reconciliations Key responsibilities Receive incoming materials verify quantities quality and create GRNs Maintain physical storage labeling FIFO rotation and bin-wise records Perform regular stock reconciliation cycle counts and monthly physical audits Prepare goods dispatch documentation and co ordinate with logistics Liaise closely with Accounts for stock entries valuation and resolving stock variances Implement basic safety housekeeping norms in the warehouse Day-to-day tasks Update inventory system ERP Tally Excel with receipts and issues Prepare daily stock movement report and handover to Accounts Organize returned defective stock and communicate for rework or claims Experience qualifications 2-4 years experience in warehouse store role preferably in textiles or garment components Familiarity with basic inventory software or Tally is beneficial
