Job Title: Store Director Location: Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Store Director to lead daily operations at , a premium gourmet retail brand. The role requires strong leadership, sharp business sense, and the ability to deliver a high-end customer experience while driving sales and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising • Lead, train, and schedule store staff to maintain top service standards • Drive revenue, meet sales targets, and improve store profitability • Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with premium brand standards • Monitor stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers • Maintain store hygiene, compliance, and operational SOPs • Analyze daily/weekly reports and take action to improve performance Requirements: • 4–8 years of retail or premium F&B experience • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience in gourmet retail, luxury retail, or food halls preferred • Good understanding of inventory, billing systems, and store KPIs • Presentable, customer-focused, and operationally strong Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Life insurance • Provident Fund Experience: • luxury food retail : 5 years (Required) Language: • fluent English (Required) Location: • Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
