स्टोर की डेली ऑपरेशन की पूरी जिम्मेदारी संभालना।

सब्जियों और फलों का स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल करना।

ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन आए हुए ऑर्डर्स की मॉनिटरिंग और समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना।

पैकिंग और डिलीवरी स्टाफ की टीम को मैनेज करना।

सॉफ्टवेयर बिलिंग पर काम करना और काउंटर को प्रोपर तरीके से हैंडल करना।

स्टोर पर आने वाले रिटेल कस्टमर को अटेंड करना, उनकी जरूरत के अनुसार सब्जियां वेट करके, पैक करके बिल बनाकर देना।

डेली सेल्स रिपोर्ट, स्टॉक रिपोर्ट और लॉस कंट्रोल पर फोकस रखना।

सप्लायर से माल रिसीव करना और बिल व क्वांटिटी वेरीफाई करना।

स्टोर में साफ-सफाई, डिसिप्लिन और सिस्टम को सही तरीके से चलाना।

✅ जरूरी योग्यता:

स्टोर / रिटेल / वेयरहाउस मैनेजमेंट का 2–4 साल का अनुभव (रिटेल एक्सपीरियंस प्रेफर्ड)।

सॉफ्टवेयर बिलिंग और POS / काउंटर ऑपरेशन की अच्छी समझ।

रिटेल कस्टमर को हैंडल करने और फास्ट बिलिंग + प्रोडक्ट हैंडलिंग का अनुभव।

English और Hindi पढ़ना-लिखना जरूरी ताकि बिलिंग और ऑर्डर मैनेजमेंट सही हो सके।

बेसिक मोबाइल / कंप्यूटर (Billing Software, Excel आदि) की जानकारी।

जिम्मेदार, ईमानदार और टीम लीड करने की क्षमता।

प्रेशर में काम करने और मल्टी-टास्किंग की आदत।

✅ सैलरी:

अनुभव और काम की क्षमता के अनुसार डिस्कस करके तय होगी।
