• Role Description**
The Stitching Line Supervisor will oversee daily operations and productivity of the stitching department. The role involves planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members, coordinating workflow, and ensuring quality standards are met at every stage of production. The individual will perform regular supervision, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for efficiency and quality improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sadar.

• Qualifications**Strong expertise in stitching techniques, garment construction, and fabric handlingProven experience in supervising and managing teams within a garment production or manufacturing setupKnowledge of quality assurance processes and ability to maintain high-quality standardsProficiency in workflow planning, task delegation, and time managementStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a rapid-paced, on-site production environmentPrior experience in the apparel and fashion industry is highly desirableEducational background in textile technology, fashion design, or a related field is a plus
