JOB TITLE: Captain/ Steward / FB Executive /GRE / CSA / Team Lead

JOB LOCATION: Eldeco Centre, Maviya Nagar

DEPARTMENT: Operations

Reports to: Restaurant/ Cafe Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be worth remembering.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Captain gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and Ma'am".

Captain escorts VIPs and other affluent peoples to cafe area on their arrival.

They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.

Are required to serve customers as per their order.

They have to take care of the billing as well.

Taking care and mentoring the team

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Degree Or Diploma in Hotel Management/ 12th Passed

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years
