Varenya Z Pvt Ltd is looking to appoint a Practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) or a reputed CA Firm to manage our end-to-end corporate and statutory compliances on an annual retainer basis.We are seeking a dedicated skilled partner to ensure strict adherence to all statutory guidelines and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.Immediate Scope of Work (Transition Phase):Facilitate a seamless transition and digital handover of all corporate credentials (GST, MCA, Income Tax)Conduct a comprehensive compliance health check and audit of our MCA and Income Tax portals for FY 2024-25.Ongoing Scope of Work (Annual Retainer):Routine monthly GST filings and MCA compliances (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, Director KYC, etc.).Annual Income Tax Returns (ITR-6) and Statutory Audit.Maintenance of statutory registers and handling of applicable state-level compliances (e.G., Professional Tax).Requirements:Must be a certified Practicing Chartered Accountant (PCA) with a valid Firm Registration Number (FRN).Proven expertise in handling statutory compliances for Private Limited Companies.A highly organized approach with a proactive communication style to ensure zero missed deadlines.Interested firms or professionals are requested to share their firm’s profile along with a commercial proposal for an annual retainer fee.
