We are looking for a startup-minded individual who can work directly with the Sankar Group to build and launch new ventures from scratch (0 → MVP).

This is not a typical job — we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes fast, and can turn ideas into real businesses.

• 🚀 Work on multiple startup ideas across industries
• 🧠 Convert concepts into clear execution plans
• 🏗️ Build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) quickly
• 📢 Handle branding, positioning & go-to-market strategy
• 🤝 Coordinate with tech, marketing & operations teams
• 📈 Validate ideas with real users & improve based on feedback

🎯 Who You Are

• ⚡ 2+ years experience in startup building / branding / early-stage execution
• 🧠 Strong understanding of how startups work (0 → 1 stage)
• 🎨 Experience in brand creation, product thinking, or growth
• 🛠️ Hands-on mindset (not just planning — execution focus)
• 💬 Good communication & problem-solving skills

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or consumer startups
• Previously worked in early-stage startup / founder office
• Built or contributed to a product launch / brand launch
