Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist with strong expertise in US recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and General Labor roles. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, candidate submission, and coordination with hiring managers and clients. The candidate must have hands-on experience with US job portals, VMS platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates for US-based IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and General Labor positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Submit qualified candidates to client job requirements in a timely manner
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple job requirements
  • Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Negotiate compensation and contract rates with candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with US employment and work authorization requirements

  • Experience working with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Ceipal, or other vendor management systems
  • Knowledge of rate negotiation for contract and full-time staffing
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment for healthcare or general labor roles
