As a Staff Nurse at SMH Cancer Center, you will manage nursing care for all patients in the cardiology unit during your shift. Your responsibilities include delegating tasks to nurses, coordinating with physicians, recognizing changes in patient's conditions, supervising Nursing Aides, detecting issues, and informing physicians of patient progress. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all patients in the cardiology unit during your shift.
• Delegate the shift's tasks to all nurses in the unit and coordinate with physicians.
• Recognize changes in patient's condition and respond appropriately.
• Supervise Nursing Aides, point out changes/improvements in tasks.
• Detect issues resulting in injuries or difficulties for patients or staff members.
