Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Cook at Niraamaya Resort, located in Alappuzha. The Staff Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste. Responsibilities include planning and organizing meal schedules, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with the culinary team to create diverse and innovative menus that satisfy guest preferences. The role also involves inventory management and ensuring the availability of supplies.

Qualifications
  • Culinary skills including food preparation, recipe execution, and food presentation
  • Experience in menu planning and developing creative culinary dishes

  • Strong time management and organizational skills for efficient kitchen operations
