Job Title: Production Manager for Sports and Fitness Industry

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing and production processes of sports and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the production process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
• Develop and implement production schedules, plans, and budgets to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the sports and fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
