About the Company

Dermat India is a growing cosmetic manufacturing company specializing in third-party manufacturing of skincare, haircare, baby care, and personal care products. We are looking for an experienced Production Chemist who can efficiently manage cosmetic production operations and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle cosmetic production processes including creams, lotions, gels, serums, and other personal care products.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing operations according to company SOPs and quality standards.
• Supervise production staff and manage daily production activities.
• Maintain proper batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and R&D teams for product manufacturing.
• Monitor raw material usage and production efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations and production processes.
• Experience in handling cosmetic manufacturing equipment and batch production.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain production quality and timelines.
