Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. MERN Stack Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of modern web development practices. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for building innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Architect and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.
Design and optimize database schemas in MongoDB.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews and promote coding best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
