• Role Description**

The Sr. HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage employee relations, handle performance reviews, and offer strategic counsel to leadership. The role includes optimizing organizational development, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
