Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience, translating them into effective and engaging design solutions.
Content Creation: Develop creative assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
Product Packaging: Design and update product packaging, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and appeals to the target market.
Visual Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into design projects.
Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders and incorporate it into the design process to achieve the desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creative thinking with the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of branding principles and design for different mediums.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
