ROLE PURPOSE

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating production-ready, technically accurate and visually strong designs for printing, branding, signages, facades and interior applications.

The role demands strong software expertise, material understanding, and coordination with operations to ensure error-free execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design & Creative Execution

• Create designs for:
• Signages (ACP, Acrylic, SS letters, LED signage, light boxes)
• Large-format printing (vinyl, flex, UV print, wallpapers)
• Branding elements (hoardings, retail branding, wayfinding)
• Facades & interior graphics (panels, feature walls, cladding graphics)
• Develop artwork that aligns with brand guidelines, client briefs, and site conditions.

2. Software & Technical Expertise

Mandatory Skills:

• CorelDRAW – advanced level (print & signage industry standards)
• Adobe Photoshop – image editing, mockups, retouching
• Adobe Illustrator – vector-based design & artwork creation

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, resolution, scale)
• Converting concepts into fabrication-ready drawings
• Ensuring accuracy in sizes, fonts, colours, and layouts

3. Production & Execution Support

• Coordinate with Operations & Production teams for:
• Material feasibility
• Installation constraints
• Lighting & fabrication compatibility
• Support site measurements and adapt designs accordingly
• Modify designs based on real-world execution challenges

4. Client & Internal Coordination

• Interpret client briefs clearly and suggest creative solutions
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams
• Ensure timely submission of designs as per project schedules

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure designs meet print, fabrication, and installation standards
• Avoid errors leading to rework, wastage or execution delays
• Maintain organized design files and version control

ADDITIONAL / VALUE-ADDED SKILLS (STRONG ADVANTAGE)

3D & Visualisation Skills (Additional Advantage)

• Working knowledge of 3D software such as:
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• Blender
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (any one)
• Ability to create:
• Facade mockups
• Interior branding visualizations
• Signage placement renderings
• Understanding of architectural drawings is a plus

NOTE

This role is execution-oriented, not just conceptual. Designers are expected to understand how designs translate into real-world signage, printing, facades and interiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
