We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, NestJS, and React.js to lead the development of scalable, high-quality web applications. This role requires a mix of deep technical expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to guide and mentor a development team. Ahmedabad-based candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React.js
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Build reusable, maintainable, and performant React.js components
• Own API design, backend services, and system integrations
• Design and optimize database schemas (MongoDB or equivalent)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Lead architecture discussions, technical decisions, and solution design
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high code quality
• Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and NestJS
• Solid experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns)
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to take ownership and lead technical initiatives
