You will be joining the Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre as a Sr Analyst within the AI & Automation team. Your primary role will involve supporting and advancing the agentic AI program to lead CPG in digital and technology. Below are your key responsibilities:

- Support project pipeline management by triaging agents and building domain-specific agents.
- Assist in planning and implementing AI projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
- Provide consultation, coordinate questions, and manage feature requests.
- Monitor feedback and insights, collaborate with Agent Authors to assess program effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
- Support and coordinate end-to-end governance processes for agents.
- Manage the agent publishing lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and acting as the first line of triage for agents.
- Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress.
- Partner with stakeholders to educate and identify AI opportunities.
- Champion AI throughout the organization.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- Bachelor's in technology or Bachelor's in Science in a related field, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Math, or related fields with quantitative training.
- Overall 8 years of IT experience with 5 years in an IT technical role, preferably Business Intelligence or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and applications, experience in AI project implementation, and project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, Aha, analytical and problem-solving skills, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal, and written), operational excellence, process mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable prioritizing competing needs, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and passionate about technology and AI/ML with a learning mindset.

Preferred qualifications include experience with data visualization tools and knowledge of Google Cloud.
