Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong hands-on experience in civil construction and interior works, along with the ability to supervise site activities and manage execution teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end civil work execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed according to drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and interior work activities at the site
• Ensure proper execution of civil works such as structural work, finishing, and interior execution
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and project teams
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety standards
• Manage labor teams, contractors, and material usage on site
• Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, project timelines, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve site-related technical or execution issues
• Maintain proper site reports and progress documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction and interior works
• Strong experience in site supervision and project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of construction drawings and execution methods
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams effectively
