Responsibilties -
  • Create, review, and refine architectural designs, models, and detailed drawings using CAD software, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing project timelines efficiently and delivering results on schedule.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, aligning them with client expectations and project scope.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and design teams, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and CAD technicians to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee and maintain quality control for all design and drafting work, implementing CAD standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on new CAD tools and technologies, optimizing design processes and project outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents and manage documentation for design changes, while reporting project progress to senior management.

    • Requirements -
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture,
  • 4+ years of experience in architectural design, and managing large-scale architectural endeavors successfully.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods, with experience in BIM and advanced rendering techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
