Role Overview

We are looking for Sr. Business Consultants who will act as strategic partners to our clients, helping them grow their business while expanding the presence of our brands.

This role combines inside sales, consulting, education coordination, and account management to ensure strong relationships with salon partners and consistent business growth.

The Business Consultant will manage key accounts, conduct consultations, promote brand education, and drive product adoption across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Understand needs and recommend relevant product solutions

  • 2. Business Development
  • Develop strategies to increase brand presence and product usage
  • Expand brand penetration among existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • 3. Account Management
  • Manage key salon accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Monitor salon product consumption and recommend replenishment cycles
  • Help salons improve retail sales of professional products
  • Support salons in developing premium service menus

  • 4. Inside Sales & Order Management
  • Handle inbound inquiries and orders from salon partners
  • Maintain regular communication with salons through calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
  • Track sales pipeline and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment

  • 5. Education & Brand Promotion
  • Invite salons to academy trainings, workshops, and brand events
  • Promote technical education programs and certification courses
  • Assist education teams in organizing product demonstrations and seminars
  • Ensure salons understand product usage and service protocols

  • 6. Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Collect feedback from salons regarding products and services
  • Provide insights to management on new opportunities and challenges

  • Monthly revenue from assigned salons
