Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our brand and marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, supervising design teams, and ensuring high-quality visual output across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns.

· Lead and manage the design and creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and video editors.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

· Oversee the design of advertisements, social media creatives, websites, brochures, and promotional materials.

· Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

· Review and approve design layouts, graphics, and artwork before final production.

· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.

· Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Required Skills

· Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking

· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

· Knowledge of digital marketing creatives, branding, and advertising design

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

· Relevant certifications in design or multimedia tools are an advantage

Preferred Experience

· Experience working in advertising agencies, media companies, or digital marketing firms

· Experience in brand development, campaign design, and creative direction
