  • 6+ years of experience in SRE, Observability or Tooling roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least two major monitoring tools (Dynatrace & Splunk preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of logging & tracing stacks (ELK, Splunk, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Go).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Solid understanding of system performance, telemetry data, and RCA processes.
