Right now we’re hiring a results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Dwarka team and drive new business growth.

Role overview

We’re looking for a hungry, consultative salesperson who can source leads, close new accounts, and own revenue targets end-to-end. You’ll translate client challenges into PR & communications solutions, lead high-impact pitches, and consistently grow the agency’s client portfolio and average contract value.

Key outcomes:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed contracts with strong win rates.
  • Build a reliable pipeline of strategic clients across target sectors.

  • Primary responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and events.
  • Qualify leads, run discovery calls, develop bespoke proposals and deliver persuasive pitch presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts; manage the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline, activity logs and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative and delivery teams to scope solutions that meet client KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy and pricing.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction during handover to account teams and follow up for upsell/renewals.

  • What we need from you (must-haves)
  • 3–6+ years of proven sales / business development experience — ideally in PR, communications, media, advertising or B2B services.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing mid-to-large value contracts.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication — ability to craft clear proposals and persuasive email outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.
  • Organized, self-starter attitude with strong time management and pipeline discipline.
  • Comfortable working on-site and attending client meetings / events regularly.

  • Existing network in media, corporate communications, or brand/marketing functions.
  • Experience selling retainer-based services and integrated campaigns (PR + digital).
  • Familiarity with pitch deck creation, pricing models and ROI-based selling.
