Role Description

3DM Agency is seeking a full-time, on-site Sr Motion Graphic Designer to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will create and execute high-quality motion graphic designs for projects to support various digital marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing motion graphics, working collaboratively with the creative team, producing video content, and contributing to the agency’s creative vision. You will also ensure the brand's aesthetics and messaging are effectively conveyed through your designs, meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications

- Expertise in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production
- Proficiency in Graphic Design with a strong understanding of design principles
- Competence in creating engaging content using Graphics
- Experience with industry-standard design and animation tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- AI Design expertise with AI visual storytelling is must.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or digital marketing agency is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
