Key responsibilities of the role include: Digital Marketing, Wordpress Expert in school related experience, in charge of operations and team management and in charge of driving revenue for edu-tech related products.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in Edu-tech.
• Developing marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve business objectives. Preparing paid advertising performance reports. Keeping track of ad spend and conversions.
• Providing ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery of campaigns. Using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Youtube and other platforms/tools.
• Developing and analyzing objective-based and data-driven digital ad campaigns. Conducting A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
• In charge of lead generation and awareness campaign and other marketing activities of the company, have to bring QUALITY LEADS FOR GOOD CONVERSION, PROVEN STRATEGIES NOT TRIAL AND ERROR, EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN NICHE MARKET WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS.
• Good content writing skills related to parents to sell school programs is a MUST.
• Operations management like SOP and creating systems etc.
• Need to have team building experience for the marketing department.
• Exposure in in doing SEO, SEM (Not mandatory)
• Banners / Flyer creations / Video - new concept and content for making a good online presence.
• Wordpress landing page creation on a frequent basis and wordpress website maintenance under the group.
• More opportunities to lead business operations - only senior people with experience will be offered, to train the other candidates for the marketing department.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing fields (not mandatory)
