✨ We’re Hiring | Fashion Designer – Younglings ✨

At Younglings, we believe fashion is a dialogue between craftsmanship, individuality, and modern expression. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring strong design sensibility, retail experience, and execution excellence to our team.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role for someone who understands the rhythm of a retail fashion brand—from concept to customer. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and artisans to create thoughtful, well-executed collections aligned with the Younglings aesthetic.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop collections aligned with brand DNA and retail timelines
• Translate trends, concepts, and commercial insights into wearable designs
• Work on fabric, trims, surface development, and fit approvals
• Coordinate with vendors, production units, and sampling teams
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery across styles
• Support merchandising and styling requirements for retail drops
• Handle retail merchandising for existing partner stores where Younglings is stocked
• Support onboarding and coordination of new retail stores, ensuring brand-aligned product mix and presentation

Who we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in retail, westernwear with a proven portfolio
• Strong understanding of western womenswear
• Technical and quality knowledge is a must
• Experience handling retail merchandising
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• A collaborative team player with a strong design point of view
